Date: September 9, 2008 These are the release notes for Response v9 Build 4032 *************IMPORTANT ************** Only Response 9.x users may install this update. ------------------------- --- Bug Fixes [4032] --- ------------------------- Start of day DeletedTStatusOrders.log contained unencrypted card data (start of day). PO Print A bug, introduced in Build 4031, caused the bottom part of PO Print screen (the Letterhead Address and Return Address when NOT using pre-printed forms) to be inaccessible. PBX View Improved Device Caller ID detection to allow more supported devices. Order Entry Improved Kit Closeout handling. If a kit component is sold out and a closeout item, a relevant message will be displayed in order entry. Before this change, kit component closeout items would not be detected. In rare cases, especially with multiple order entry windows open, after entering an item the next order in sequence would appear on the screen. With multiple warehouses and items marked to "only ship from warehouse X", after the warning message was displayed, a "please enter valid record ID" error would display (rare). Item Configurator Items created through the item configurator will now properly parse and store keywords for the item(s). TransFirst During the time of credit card processing (during internet communication) temporary files no longer store full credit card number. Order Import Importing an order for a customer with a price code other than 1 could result in incorrect pricing on new items when the order is subsequently modified in Order Entry. --------------------------- --- Enhancements [4032] --- --------------------------- Item Configurator Added Vendor Item Id, Standard Cost, List Price, Lead Time, and DropShip options to "Create Inventory" function of Item Configurator. Added "Batch Update" option to allow changing Item Standard Cost and List Price on pre-existing items in the configuration (e.g. all colors and sizes in batch). Order Import A new field map was added (Force Hold Reason). When data mapped to this field (and data is not blank) the imported order will be placed in the exceptions file with the reason specified in (Force Hold Reason). This allows you to be more specific than using Z for the order type, which holds for reason "Hold for special handling". Added new option in Exceptions / Imported Orders on Hold to create a Standing Order Profile for an order on hold. Added new option/button in Exceptions / Imported Orders on Hold to attempt order generation on the highlighted order without using "Edit Order" button. ------------------------ --- Usability [4032] --- ------------------------ Continuity Imported orders with continuity membership items will properly create continuity memberships.
