[VendorColorExpression.fil] ------------------------- --- Bug Fixes [4029] --- ------------------------- Standing Orders Generated standing orders would sometimes not calculate tax, net amount, and order total properly. Inventory Items Deleting inventory (via shift + F2) in Inventory screen would trigger: "can't delete. file xxx required." error. Alias IDs, when entered, would not write to the keyword/item lookup file correctly. This caused problems when importing orders using Alias. PickTick Custom constraints Can now use customer information (SYSCUST fields) in custom constraints. (The House) Quotations Edit Quote will assign the customer's payment code preference to the quote being edited. Edit Quote will now allow you to change Item IDs and Customer Record (bug introduced in 4028). Edit Quote will set being_modified = "Y" so quote/order won't be queued for printing. Confirm/Autoadjust Kit Master items are now excluded from confirm/autoadjust (safeguard which prevents qty on hand discrepancies) Item Configurator Generate SKUs feature would not initialize pick_single_bin and do_not_bo fields correctly on generated items, resulting in "invalid field" errors when updating the item. Returns backout Fixed return backout error: must have at least 2 on hand (minus allocated) in bin location XXXXX to backout a return RMA RMAs for Customer/Order view would not allow selection of second or subsequent RMA records. DropShip PO DropShip PO could create for a vendor not marked "preferred" (when using Vendor Rank flag setting). Could create DropShip PO lines for lineitems that no longer exist (as the result of a modified quote). Order Entry Kit Master marked "do not backorder" would trigger the "item marked 'do not backorder' cannot save" error, even if all components in stock. Import Order Importing more than one order for the same customer could result in removing the customer information for the subsequent order. (Gooseberry Patch) ------------------------ --- Usability [4029] --- ------------------------ Purchase Order Lookup by Item clicking "ShipTo" on a drop-ship PO now loads Customer Service Lookup instead of Order Entry. TransFirst Added extra safeguard to prevent TransFirst timeout replies from corrupting deposit records. Standing Order Profile Edit When window first opens, screen now correctly displays standing order related information. PO Entry Added display of Inventory Average Leadtime, when available, instead of normal Lead Time. Customer/Prospect Activity Log Date and Time would not display properly when using 9.1.6.2 SQL Driver Vendors / Purchase Orders Purchase Order Entry Date and Expected Receipt Date would not display when using 9.1.6.2 SQL Driver. Manifest Purge Routines rewritten in SQL to be quicker and more accurate Order Entry added warning about abandoning changes on a "T" status order, stating that the order would be removed next time start of day is run. added safeguard to display changes to ShipTo information in shipto list on lineitems screen. Duplicate PO checking feature now prevents forward movement if duplicate PO number exists (Maxi Aids) Corrected screen display issue on Shipping Addresses list in item entry when multiple Order Entry windows are used.
