Inventory - Catalogs tab, now shows Catalog Section in addition to catalog name and page number. [The Country House] Order Entry - Ctrl+P allows price override for a lineitem. After the override, the item will not be recalculated using other methods, even group pricing. Can remove override using same hotkey. [Eagle America] Backorder Rate Analysis Report May be performed at lineitem level and subtotaled by product class (checkboxes). [Reggio Register] Item Verification now logs scanned data to a table, ITEMVERI. [The House] ------------------------- --- Bug Fixes [4028] --- ------------------------- Transfirst Returns entered via Counter Sales were not sending card swipe data properly, credit transaction would fail. [The House] Enter Credits / Debits Added better error checking to ensure the order/shipment transaction match and the credit will be applied to the correct order. [Advanced Results Marketing] Customers Could delete a customer from the Customers screen, even if customer had active quotes. This is no longer allowed. Customers with active orders, quotes, or A/R invoices cannot be deleted. [Tower Products] In Shipping Address Editor, the "Save as Prospect" feature in Address Entry would not set the prospect entry date. Start of Day Added better output channel management during start of day / delete "T" status orders, any error during the "delete T status orders" process could cause the file to be truncated. Error "Record Not Found MEDIACD" could be received during "delete T status orders" process during start of day. Inventory Transfers Fixed problem with inventory transfers from file where it would complain about "no items in bin" or other warnings which would halt the process. Web-Based Address Correction / ShipTo Screen Web-Based address correction in ShipTo editor would not update left-hand summary display with address changes (display problem only). Telemarketing Default Warehouse expression not evaluated properly when customer converted from prospect (using the "enter new order" button from Telemarketing module). [Discount Paper Products] Customer activity log record could be written for next Lead record in the list instead of the active one. [Discount Paper Products] Quotations quotes converted to order could result in order status = "B" even if all stock available to print/ship. quotes which included kits could allocate poorly resulting in a partially allocated kit. Returns Backout Backing out a return could be done from a bin location for an item with zero qty. End result could be phantom inventory. [Tower Products] Backing out a return would display a message that the customer has returned the item before. Workorders select items based on SQL Expression would only add 1 item at a time. [Tower Products] In cases where expected receipt date for an item was blank, the Expected Receipt Date was not properly updated in inventory master file. System Reset Utility would delete the IDCRTRAN record (would result in "record not found idcrtran" for first sessions(s) to run Response) would remove WHSINV records when it should just reset them. Standing Orders In some cases, kits would not expand/allocate properly when standing orders generated. In some cases, Standing Order first/last ship date would not update properly when order confirmed. Check/Correct Utility Unused options were grayed out to avoid confusion. ------------------------ --- Usability [4028] --- ------------------------ Document Attachments (paperclip button) Increased size of document attachments (paperclip) popup to allow for larger attribute names. [Tower Products] Customers Phone number form in main customer view made larger, and resizes horizontally when window size increased. [Eilenberger Bakery] Order Entry Discount prompt is now handled better. [Espresso Zone, Gooseberry Patch] if previous discount was zero, then it will not ask whether you want to recalculate the discount amount. if previous amount is nonzero, then it will ask whether you want to recalculate the discount and default to "no". Order Import (IMPORD) Can import orders without a gross amount and not complain that calc total <> data total -- will auto-calculate the gross amount if IMPO.GROSS not mapped in IMO file. Kit Allocation Several changes to improve kit allocation. CNCLSTAT.FIL -- Only allow users to cancel these statuses --> "B" added to list of default statuses. ALLOWZERODOLLARPRICE.flg - Allow a zero dollar price code. Default behavior is to use List Price if a zero dollar price is found for a price code. Misc DISABLERMAILTIMER.FLG - Disable the automatic checking of RMAIL.
