Assembly - added bin type option setting - 'Look in this bin type first to find component stock for assembly.'. If the component stock cannot be found in a bin of that type when the option is set (whether pickable or unpickable) the pickable bins for that item will be searched in ranked order. [Crafts Americana] Order Import - now supports orders with multiple ship-to's (new spec posted in http://support.colinear.com/doc - added support for Authorize.Net auth reference number (for external auths) so Response can settle the deposit without downgrading - added a new Finder Matchback option to use the most recent media code match if multiple matches found. [Flag Option] Media Table Changes - Media Description [MASMEDIA.MASTER_DESC] and Listcode Name [LISTCODE.LIST_NAME] fields increased from 20 to 70 characters. !! Item ID Change Utility !! - Long requested ability to rename Item ID on existing orders. File | Supervisor Options | File Maintenance Utilities | Item ID Change Utility (the old item ID is replaced with the new ID in all - there are several - contingent tables. [partially funded by Achoo! Allergy] ------------------------- --- Bug Fixes [4025] --- ------------------------- Quotations - future requested ship dates could revert to system operating date. (fixed) [Tower Products] Telemarketing - Script function would error with "invalid symbol in expression" when adding customers or prospects to the lead pool. (fixed) [Tower Products] TransFirst - customer Zip was not submitted for Retail card-swiped transactions (for AVS purposes). [The House] Authorize.Net - email address not sent for Retail card-swiped transactions. would trigger an Authorize.Net-generated confirmation email. [Eagle America] County Tax - A foreign 'postal code' could be misconstrued as a U.S. zipcode for purposes of calculating County Tax Rate. Counter Sales - Credit Card data would sometimes save to the database unencrypted. [Eagle America] Order Entry / ShipTo - when entering the Totals tab, then going back to Lineitems, the ShipTo shipping method and address info could get overwritten with the order's shipping method and address info. This only occured, however, when the zipcode for the order was blank. [Tower Products] - international phone number would not transfer to ShipTo record when copying from customer record. - could appear to "freeze" when exiting phone number field because of a bad prospect table index definition. Purchase Orders - clicking "Select" button on POs by Order Number view would give an error, then a seemingly random PO would show up in PO Review. - Immediately after using "Select Items" button in PO Entry, totals for the PO were not updated/displayed properly. Prospects - the "convert to customer" button failed to copy the prospect type to the customer type. Now the prospect type is moved to the customer type, but only if that same customer type exists; otherwise, the default customer type (as set in flag options) will be assigned. [Discount Paper Products] Order Import - In rare cases, kit masters could get saved with lineitem.kit_flag = " " instead of "Y". [Advanced Results Marketing] Item Verification - Opening Item Verification would sometimes error with "invalid message set_relocate_mode". This has been fixed. Item Configurator - "Too Many Levels" error message would trigger prematurely. Base ID plus 2 characters per level cannot exceed 20 characters. [Tower Products] ------------------------ --- Usability [4025] --- ------------------------ Import Utilities - Time/Date stamp on import report could be truncated or missing completely if full pathname of imported file is longer than 30 characters. Attachments - Added security group setting (optional) which allows only certain security groups to add/edit/delete attachments. Everyone else can only "View". [Numrich Gun Parts] Customer Orders - Option added in 4024 to not allow selecting an order with status "S" has been reversed. This now works the way it used to, with a new flag option to DISallow selecting orders in status "S" from customer orders. Order Entry - Canceling an order writes 'today's date' to the sysoent.cancel_date field for audit/reporting purposes. - Added an "Apply Changes" button to the Order Entry / Customer / Demographics tab. TAPI PBX - added a "Test Mode" checkbox for testing purposes. Returns - Lineitem Message added to returns / Lineitems screen [J. Marco Galleries] Customer Service / Quotes - Entering quote number and pressing TAB will now auto-find that quote. User-Defined Fields - Fields defined as VARCHAR greater than 256 characters would limit to 40 entered characters when using a regular entry form. -------------------------------- --- Flag File Changes [4025] --- -------------------------------- DONTALLOWSELECTS.flg - Do not allow selecting "S" status orders from Customer Orders screen.'
