Response 9.x Build 4035b Upgrade Instructions 11/19/2009

IMPORTANT NOTES!
        - Response 7.x/8.x users cannot install this update.  You must first upgrade to 9.x.
        - You must be on Build 4034 or later to install 4035b.
        - special: if you have already installed build 4035 you may safely follow all instructions below again to 
           install build 4035b.

On the server:

Important: please follow these instructions fully to make sure you have the most up-to-date version.

 1. Get everyone out of Response.

 2. Do a full backup (***VERY IMPORTANT***) of your SQL database
    AND the following directories in "...\colinear\r4w":
	- data
	- programs

 3. Download and unzip the file:
    http://www.colinear.com/download/r9/4035_Update.zip
        4035_Update.zip contains:
                Response.vd7
                Data4035.zip

 4. Copy "Response.vd7"  to "...\colinear\r4w\programs"

 5. Extract Data4035.zip to "...\colinear\r4w\data" (be careful to extract to the specified folder)

 6. Run the utility program "chgfiles.vd7" **
     In Windows Explorer, go to the \r4w\data directory and double-click on
     chgfiles.vd7 to run it.  A login box will appear when it first starts.
     Enter the required information and click 'Ok.'  This program may take
     a while to run.

 7. Start Response by using your normal shortcut to make sure that everything is working properly.
    Your build label should now read "Response 9.1 - Build 4035b"
