Response 9.x Build 4033 Upgrade Instructions 11/6/2008

IMPORTANT NOTES!
        - Response 7.x/8.x users cannot install this update.  You must first upgrade to 9.x.
        - You must be on Build 4031, Build 4032, or any 4032.x Release to install 4033
        - There are NO database changes in this build.

On the server:

Important: please follow these instructions fully to make sure you have the most up-to-date version.

 1. Get everyone out of Response.

 2. Do a full backup (***VERY IMPORTANT***) of your SQL database
    AND the following directories in "...\colinear\r4w":
	- data
	- programs

 3. Download and unzip the file:
    http://www.colinear.com/download/r9/4033_Update.zip
        4033_Update.zip contains:
                Response.vd7
                4033Reports.zip

 4. Copy "Response.vd7"  to "...\colinear\r4w\programs"

 5. IF YOU HAVE THE MULTI-DIVISION OPTION INSTALLED, extract 4033Reports.zip to \r4w\data.
        4033Reports.zip contains:
                aradjjl.rpt
                arcashjl.rpt
                arfinjl.rpt
                arinvreg.rpt
                shipped.rpt

 6. Start Response by using your normal shortcut to make sure that everything is working properly.
    Your build label should now read "Response 9.1 - Build 4033"
