You must first upgrade to 9.x. - You must be on build 4024 (or 4024a or any 4024 version or 4025 Beta version) to install 4025. On the server: Important: please follow these instructions fully to make sure you have the most up-to-date version. 1. Get everyone out of Response. 2. Do a full backup (***VERY IMPORTANT***) of your SQL database AND the following directories in "...\colinear\r4w": - data - programs 3. Download and unzip the file: http://www.colinear.com/download/r9/4025_Update.zip 4025_Update.zip contains: Response.vd7 Data4025.Zip ResponseSMTPConnectorV2.exe 4. Copy "Response.vd7" to "...\colinear\r4w\programs" 5. Extract data4025.zip to "...\colinear\r4w\data" (be careful to extract to the specified folder) Data4025.zip contains: stnditem.int chgfiles.VD7 contord.int custcont.int Filelist.cfg mastpros.int rmail.rpt 6. Copy "ResponseSMTPConnectorV2.exe" to "...\colinear\r4w\client" 7. Run the utility program "chgfiles.vd7" ** In Windows Explorer, go to the \r4w\data directory and double-click on chgfiles.vd7 to run it. A login box will appear when it first starts. Enter the required information and click 'Ok.' This program may take several minutes to run. **Multi-Company users must be careful to run this program only once. Single Company users may run it multiple times without causing any problems. 8.
