Response 9.x (build 4021.5) Upgrade Instructions:

IMPORTANT NOTES!
        - Response 7.x/8.x users cannot install this update.  You must first upgrade to 9.x.
        - You must be on build 4020 (or any beta version of 4020 or 4021) to install 4021.5.

On the server:

Important: please follow these instructions fully to make sure you have the most up-to-date version.

 1. Get everyone out of Response.

 2. Do a full backup (***VERY IMPORTANT***) of your SQL database
    AND the following directories in "...\colinear\r4w":
	- data
	- programs

 3. Download and unzip the file:
    http://www.colinear.com/download/r9/4021_Update.zip
        4021_Update.zip contains:
                response.vd7
                data4021.zip
                bitmaps4021.zip

 4. Copy "Response.vd7" to "...\colinear\r4w\programs" (overwriting the older version)

 5. Extract Data4021.zip to "...\colinear\r4w\data" (be careful to extract to the specified folder)

 6. Extract Bitmaps4021.zip to "...\colinear\r4w\bitmaps"

 7. Run the utility program "chgfiles.vd7" **
     In Windows Explorer, go to the \r4w\data directory and double-click on
     chgfiles.vd7 to run it.  A login box will appear when it first starts.
     Enter the required information and click 'Ok.'  This program may take
     several minutes to run.
     **Multi-Company users must be careful to run this program only once.  Single
        Company users may run it multiple times without causing any problems.

 8. Start Response and test to make sure that everything is working properly.
