IMPORTANT NOTE!  Response 6.x/7.x users cannot install this update.  You must first upgrade to 8.0.

UPS OnLineŽ Tools
        Supports latest XML web services for Rates and Package Tracking.  Registration and use is free: go to Add-Ons / UPS OnLineŽ Tools / Registration.
        "UPS Track" buttons added to customer/order/shipto shipments screen.  "UPS Rates" button added to Order Entry and ShipTo Entry.

System Setup Checklist - Useful for new installs or setting up new divisions.  File / Supervisor Options / System Setup Checklist.

A/R
        Added Days Due field to payment code entry for A/R payment types.
        Past Due invoices are calculated at Start of Day and customers are marked past due with #days past due in Customer file (viewed under Customers / Purchases).  Customer not allowed to go over credit limit for "On Account" orders unless management override.  A customer marked "Past Due" will not be allowed to place an "A/R" order unless the checkbox is cleared in the customer file.

Bill Me Later (Paymentech)
        Now supporting different Terms & Conditions Codes based on Order Source by using OrdSourcType.fil file.
        Always sending ShipTo information if different than the customer address.
        If Bill Me Later payment method used, phone number and email address are validated before saving the order.

PO Entry - Fixed PO "ghosting".  The weights and PO Lines from a previous PO could sometimes show up on newly entered POs.  This has been fixed.

PO Receive - If no receiving bin defined, item could be received into "blank" bin resulting in inventory on hand discrepancies.

Allocation - Allocation process would deallocate suggested "service" items.

ECC Prepaid Orders - Items marked "Cust. Prepay" would not trigger deposits while authorizing.

Item Configurator - Rebuilding a crossreference would not always delete the existing crossreference.

A/R Trial Balance - Could get "can't open SQL Server" error when running A/R Trial Balance.

Kits - Could get "required message argument missing" message when entering a Kit item in Order Entry.

Picktick
        Kits within Kits would cause shipment cost of goods to be overstated.
        Items backordered because of shortage in bin location would not appear on picking ticket.  This has been fixed.

Web-Based Address Correction - changing the URL for web-based address correction would not take effect until Response was restarted.

Import - Data with in-stream quotes now imported correctly.  e.g. "David ""Sammy"" Jones"

Check/Correct Allocated Items - UFI records could get created for kit masters, resulting in error messages during allocation.

ShipTo Entry - Company Name correctly capitalized if flag option set.

Order Entry
        If canceling out of item configurator, the next item entered would be entered at the last configured item's price.
        Can't modify the lineitems for a multi-status "N" order.
        When canceling out of an order being modified, user is notified that the order is locked for modification and exiting the order will release the lock.

Order Import Maintenance
        Adding lineitems would create warehouse-specific inventory (WHSINV) records with warhouse ID = 0.
        Deleting lineitems now renumbers the lineitems correctly, enabling user to generate the order successfully.

Report Scheduler - Can now schedule reports with no selection criteria.

Credit Card Report - "Print" button now asks which printer to send information to instead of sending to LST: device (caused errors on Win2000 machines).

User-Defined Fields - Order (SYSOENT) user-defined fields will now "default" properly.

Import File Definition - Now displays the file filter when loading an import file definition template (e.g. *.imo).

Item Cloning - Now setting created_by, last_edit, prior_edit.

Mailing Lists & Labels - can optionally choose to remove records not printed when doing a Nth selection on the list.  This makes media and times mailed updating more accurate.

Order Entry - Ctrl+U activates the web-based address correction URL selection screen.

Personalization Class Attribute Selections - Added "Select All" Button.

Changed ambiguous hot-key for FaxServer in Add-Ons menu (now 'X').

Now separating "ODBC Manifest" and "File Based Manifest" under Add-Ons / Manifest.
