Customer Service Lookup Inventory - added all inventory checkboxes to screen. Customers - added personalization button to bring up personalization data for a customer Media Matchback - Imported Orders - allow matchback resolution from "orders on hold" screen. A/R Trial Balance - Can now suppress zero balance invoices and/or zero balance customers. Customer Personalization Import - Used with "Advanced Item Personalization" add-on module. New ECC Processing Option - Orbital ECC Gateway (for Paymentech merchants). Reporting - Now using Crystal 9 runtime library (compatible with Crystal 8.x reports too). Added CVV Result Code Message to AVS Decline Message for realtime DPI/Transfirst/Orbital auths. ----------------- --- Bug Fixes --- ----------------- DropShip POs - not creating Drop-Ship POs for "T" status orders - was creating too early before a valid shipto was assigned. Check/Correct Allocated Items not recalculating INVENTOR, WHSINV on hand quantities for kit masters (this is calculated on-the-fly as needed) fixed problem where workorder item allocated amount was being set to zero and ufi record deleted for partial work in progress lines (now respects P and F status of WOLINE record instead of WOHEAD record). Personalization - Customer Personalization Data was being stored with the incorrect class information if more than one class was available for edit. Media Matchback - Fixed problem with customer last media code not being updated with the matched media code. Manual Allocation Override - Was storing UFI records incorrectly for sales orders, resulting in allocation failing to allocate to manually allocated "from" lines. ShipTo Editor - Weight was being displayed incorrectly (but was fine in the database). Standing Orders - Never Allow first ship date to be earlier than today's date. Order Entry - When converting a prospect to a customer, the original media code and times mailed were being lost. Returns - returning a kit master would result in over-refunding the customer (each component was being returned at the masters price). Returns - Tax Amount on shipping was not being calculated properly if not refunding shipping charges. Workorder Entry - Not allowing Item ID to change after initial entry. Import/Order Entry - Sales Tax was not always being saved to ShipTo record correctly (would show in Order Totals screen, but not print on picking ticket). Customer User-Defined Fields - user-defined field defaults were not being set for imported customers. Personalization - Could enter an invalid personalization attribute for a class. Manufacturing - Workorder Printed Transaction (WORKTRAN) records, when pulling the same item from multiple bins, would be created with the same quantity as the first record instead of the remaining amount. Email SPE - TrackingNumbers and UPSTrackingNumbers functions were corrected (used for displaying multiple tracking numbers per shipment) PO - Round to Purchase Measure function was not working when calculated suggested quantity was less than zero. PO - Inventory Expected Receipt data was not recalculating correctly when polines changed. User-Defined Fields - could not modify user-defined field data longer than 40 characters. Accounts Receivable - Discounted cash payments were not being posted to DEPOSITS and order accumulated payments properly. Personalization - now allows blank lines in personalization data. DPI ECC - Communication Failure would result in invalid result code (ie. blank instead of 2-digit response code), now dealt with correctly. Expressions - QtyOnHandInBin function could not be used in formulas - would result in "invalid message" error. Group Qty Price Breaks - Adding items to a group could result in "invalid message" error for anyone but Supervisor. Import - Can now cancel an import "Test". ----------------- --- Usability --- ----------------- Item Configurator - now supports 16-character base IDs, 20-character crossreference IDs (allows more levels), and 255-character descriptions. Inventory Pricing Utility - Now allowing formulas based on the VENDITEM table (note, works for default vendor for item only). Example, set inventor.price_code_1 to (venditem.std_cost * 1.25). Report Scheduler - Updated Report Scheduler for 8.x. Item Pricing - Item Price formulas now ALWAYS return the LOWEST calculated price from price formula, group quantity price, media price, quantity break, or inventory price code.
