Useful for setting a purchase order suggested formula based on demand plus the quantity stored in, say, reserve bins. Usage is: (Get_QtyOnHandInBin(Whs,Bin,Item)) Added Round_To_Purch_Meas global function for use in Expressions. Useful for rounding purchase quantities to a multiple of the purchase measure. Usage is: (get_round_to_purch_meas(Qty,PurchMeas)) Added TrackingNumbers and UPSTrackingNumbers global functions for use in Expressions. Useful when creating shipment confirmation emails when more than one package was included in the shipment. Previously you could only include one tracking number in the shipment confirmation emails. ----------------- --- Bug Fixes --- ----------------- Purchase Orders / Select Items - was not selecting an item if it was not the preferred vendor for that item. Returns - Tax Amount on shipping was not being calculated properly if not refunding shipping charges. Purchase Order Unreceive - Was creating the receipts/adjustments (SYSINVRA) record with warehouse ID of 0. Purchase Orders - Canceling a PO could cause On Order Qty to go negative. Print Purchase Orders / Drop Ship Purchase Orders - Vendor Item ID and Vendor Item Description would not show properly on the printed PO. Manual Allocation Override - prevent allocation from one lineitem to another if lineitems are from different warehouses. Inventory Transfers - Receipts/Adjustments records were being created with zero cost. Inventory Items - View Only - Alt+G and Alt+C would take you to the wrong tab. Item Text Prompts - Text Prompts with hard line breaks were not displaying properly in order entry - they would show on one line across the screen. Deconfirm - Receipts/Adjustements record was being created with whs ID 0. Drop Ship POs - If the price formula for POs was based on the VENDITEM table data, the price would be set to zero. Bin Creation Utility - was not setting Bin Type and Warehouse Zone. Bin "Scrap All" - Receipts Adjustments record was created with a positive number - should be negative. Order Cancellation - If an order containing drop-ship items was canceled, "attempt to delete a protected record" error erroneously resulted. Order Entry - "This item will ship separately" dropship message could overwrite a manually entered lineitem message. Inventory Items - Deleting an inventory item failed to remove the warehouse-specific inventory (WHSINV) records. Inventory Item Deletion - Deleting an item set the warehouse ID for its associated bin entries to zero (and cleared the bin type and warehouse zone for each). Inventory Expected Receipt Date - Unreceiving a purchase order could set the expected receipt date incorrectly if that item was also on a manufacturing workorder. Purge Utilites - When purging unfilled order records, backorder records, and POs, the progress display could erroneously display GT 100%. Kits / Service Items - Kits containing service items or Kit Masters marked as service items would always go on backorder. Receive Manufacturing Workorders - Item weighted cost would never be calculated when receiving workorders. Vendor Specific Item Detail - Changes were not always saved correctly (could blank out). Web Address Correction - could get erroneous error message "msg_xupdate_status_panel" in batch address correction and order import. Could get "file not open" fatal error message when rebuilding inventory keywords. ----------------- --- Usability --- ----------------- Physical Inventory - Now entering count instead of variance. Reports updated to show warehouse ID. Warehouse-specific inventory table now being updated properly. Kit Tree View - Now showing variable kit information. Purchase Orders Entry/Edit - Default Suggested and Default Price formulas can now include fields from vendor/item detail table (VENDITEM). Finder Lookup - Bad Sorting caused the list to display slowly. Order Entry - Loosened rules for when "Critical Name Field Empty" and other address warnings appear. Order Entry - Automatic Address Correction dialog now appears if entering Zipcode first. Order Entry - Tabbing out of Media Code field now goes to Last Name instead of Zipcode if Web Address Correction is active. Menu - changed "Manufacturing" menu option to "Assembly/Finished Goods"
