Order Entry / Customer Service - Fixed several bugs introduced in build 3043 related to setting an
order status to "T" while modifying it.  This was originally done to keep orders from being printed
while being modified.  Instead of changing the order status, we created a new field called
SYSOENT.BEING_MODIFIED, set to "Y" when you click the "select" button in Customer Service.
This field can be viewed in Customer Service / Orders -> "Order is Locked For Modification" checkbox.
The field is cleared when the order is saved in Order Entry.  Orders "being modified" will not print,
and will be noted during the print run.

Inventory Lookup Prompt added to Customer Service and Inventory Items views.  Use Ctrl+F in Inventory
Item ID field.  The "lookup prompt" contains alias ID, SKU, and vendor Item ID search.
