These are the release notes for Response v8.0 (build 3043)
IMPORTANT NOTE!  Response 6.x/7.x users cannot install this update.  You must first upgrade to 8.0.

Bug Fix - Bins - "Scrap All" was not updating inventory qty on hand correctly.

Bug Fix - Order Modification / Customer Service - if the "select" button in Customer Service Lookup / Orders is used to bring up an order, the status of the order will be set to "T" to keep it from being included in a print job.  Be sure to use the "Save" button in Order Entry when finished modifying the order.

Bug Fix - Expression Editor - Added auto-find and modify capability, keeps from getting the "duplicate records not allowed" message.

Bug Fix - Warehouse Distribution - Information for kit masters would not display properly.

Bug Fix - Inventory Items - Pickable Quantity would not be refreshed after updating kit statistics.

Bug Fix - Order Entry - Could not enter an alias item in lineitem entry.  This has been fixed.

Bug Fix - Order Entry - Kit masters would not recalculate the on hand quantity at times, resulting in a backorder situation when you have plenty of stock.

***RECODING - Order Entry - "Next Order Number" counter removed from the "save order" transaction to relieve multi-user contention.

***RECODING - Order Entry - "Relate" messages (which find every related record for the current record buffer) replaced with specific manual find commands to speed up order processing transactions.

Bug Fix - RMA Lookup - When used in Returns, the RMA lookup would not display the proper customer/csr comments.

Bug Fix - Catalog Definition - Could not enter a qty printed of 1, would result in overflow to the "cost per" field.  This has been updated so if the "cost per" can never be greater than 9999.99.

Bug Fix - Enter Debits/Credits - Now issuing warning if debits not positive, credits not negative.

Bug Fix - CPS Manifest - Changes necessary to figure out the Response shipping method based on CPS's manifest information.  Note: CPS Users be sure to check the flag option [Supervisor Options / Flag Options -> Confirm] to indicate you are using CPS.


Important Note!  Physical Inventory should not be used in this build, or any build of 8.x.  It will be updated shortly to support multiple warehouse data.
